Shipping & Delivery
At Mary Grace London, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as sales events, bank holidays, or due to customs delays for international orders.
3. Shipping Origin & Method
All orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner. Packages are dispatched using reliable international carriers with full tracking capabilities. We do not currently offer same-day or next-day delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery destination, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
5. Customs & Import Duties
Customers outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country's authorities. These costs are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations prior to ordering.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
7. Delivery Responsibility
• If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
• Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery costs.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@marygracelondon.com and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reporting a parcel as lost.
