Return Policy


At Mary Grace London, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

       You must have physically received the item before initiating a return.

       The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

       Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

       Trying on items is permitted; however, wearing them is not.

       Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

       Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow the steps below to return an item:

1.     Contact us at info@marygracelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.     Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our fulfilment partner.

3.     Ship the item back at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4.     International returns may be subject to customs duties or additional shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees, customs charges, or import duties. We recommend insuring your parcel for its full value.

4. Refunds

Once we have received your returned item and confirmed it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@marygracelondon.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. In such cases, we will cover all return costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

6. Liability

       We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided.

       If an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, responsibility lies with the customer.

       Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
